      Can you print the contents of a container using a script? if so how.

          Depends on what's in the container. If it's a word or PDF file, then no you can't with just a native FileMaker script. If it's an image, then you can put the container field on a layout in FileMaker and print that.

          Hmmm, on second thought, "can't" may be too strong a word as with some types of files, there might be a way to export the field contents and then use send event to get the application specified in your OS settings for opening this file to print it. Haven't ever tried that, but it may be possible in some circumstances...
