how to save records in the database(excel file)?
hello i'm filemaker beginner i was asked to make an excel file with all my data but some records are missing like STREET and ADDRESS.
i want when i browse in filemaker i could update and save the missing fields of my excel file in filemaker,the updated fields should go straight to the database(excel).
somebody told me when i make a record filemaker update and save automaticaly but this is not true if i do a lookup i still not find the records.
i just want to write my records in the database itself through filemaker.
i very much appreaciated your efforts.if you could me explain how to achieve this will be greatly appreciated.
