If you create a global text field to enter in the IDs and then have a new table occurrence from this global field to the ID field, then a simple Go to Related Records will bring you a found set of record.
To enter in multiple IDs, use a multi-line entry ( basically seperated by carriage return like a list )
ok, I have created a second TO for the table "main page" and I have created a gID# in the "main page" and connect the second "main page" TO with "main page" through ID# (main page) and gID# (second TO).
How should the script look like that triggers the "go to related records"? If I choose that option it does not give me an option to choose the search term...?
But if I want it to show the records on the layout of the original layout? Is that possible?
If not, how do I copy a whole layout and make the copy layout show the child TO?
If its based on the same underlying Table then yes. I would suggest you read into some graph modeling such as "anchor Buoy"
