Create a new table named "AccessLog". Define two fields:
AccessTS (TimeStamp, set it to auto-enter the creation timestamp.)
Use FileOptions to set up the OnFirstWindowOpen script trigger to perform this script.
Go To Layout [AccessLog]
Set Field [AccessLog::AccountName ; Get ( AccountName ) ]
Go To Layout [//specify the layout you want to always appear when the file is first opened here.]
Thanks for the help Phil!!!
I sorted to show the most recent record to be on top. I want to highlight the most current record when one logs in to draw attention to his/hers record right away (indicated in yellow box here in the image attached) but I don't know how to proceed with this. This record will be old record the next time another person log in, this latest record will not be highlighted and have the same format as the rest.
Thanks a lot!
Set up a self join relationship between the Access Log table and itself by account name:
Access Log::account Name = Access Log 2::Account Name
Then you can use a conditional format to change text and/or fill color with an expression such as:
Access Log::access_ts_in = Max ( Access Log 2::access_ts_in )
