If Statement in Calc


Hey Everyone... I need your help... This is what i have for a part of my formula although it works but im missing a piece... Pretty much what im saying is... If either of those questions = Yes then subtract $35 dollars from the medical costs.... however i only want the $35 to subtract from the medical costs if the medical costs are over $35. How do i add that into this formula below? So even if any one of those three questions were to be yes and the amount in medical costs =$34. It wouldnt subtract the $35.
