What about cloning ( or duplicating ) ABC.fmp12 ?
You cannot import all those features in one go unless a third party product such as FMMigrator can do it.
You can, however, use Open From FileMaker's File menu to open FMP files with the .FP7 extension (all files created by versions 7 - 11) to produce a copy of the file converted to the .fmp12 file format. And you can select a group of files and generate converted copies of them all at once. This is usually the best option if the files contain external data source references to each other.
Let me know if you want to convert a file created by an older version as that is also possible though not in one step.
Please note that .fmp is not a valid FileMaker extension.
Hi this is William again, to be more clear.
Main question : to transfer layouts in FM 12 Pro Adv to FM 13 Pro adv.
The file formats for FileMaker Pro 12 and FileMaker Pro 13 are identical. You can open the same file from either application.
So why do you need to transfer any layouts when both can open the same file?
