In otherwords, you only want to import the data in cell row 5 column 3?
You can probably define a sub range for just that row and then import the sub range.
If you need to do this dynamically based on data in Filemaker, you may have to import an entire block of rows and columns, then find the imported data in the filemaker table.
Hi, you're exactly correct: I want to import data from a set of specific cells. Is it possible to specify individual cells, or can I only identify a range (as you suggested)? Any help on how I could do this would be terrific.
What I'm suggesting is to define a range in the excel file that isolates a specific row. Then you can specify the range to get to the row duing import. To get to a column within the row, you can simply select a column in the field mapping dialog to match to a field in your filemaker table.
