    Import Problem!



      Import Problem!


      I am trying to import memberships from our software program Highland into Filemaker which I normally never have trouble doing.  Currently, I'm getting a pop up message that reads: "Import Records has been cancelled. Do you wish to continue with this script?"  If I click Cancel or Continue, the same thing happens - nothing.  Any ideas?

          I've seen this happen when either the script or the file has become corrupted.


          Try out a recovered copy of the file and see if it works. To create a recovered copy, open Filemaker without opening the file and choose recover from the File menu.


          If the recovered copy works correctly, best practices is to replace your damaged file with a back up copy or clone that isn't damaged.
