I seethat save as plain text fixes it but is there another way to import an rtf.
Unless there is a way to get an xml import to work, no.
In the end I changed my script to something like this and applescript saved it as plain text.
set theFilePath to tab_del_output_folder & batch & ".txt" as string
set theFileReference to open for access theFilePath with write permission
write tab_del_file_list to theFileReference
close access theFileReference
I think XML import would have worked as well but being a noob to FMP I didnt go there.
