Our intranet holds forms we download and complete when necessary. I have now been asked to incorporate the completed forms into the database I'm creating. I've been asked to do it this way as the forms change so often without any notification.
I have created a "open URL" button to get to the page on the intranet holding the forms. My dilemma is how to "save as" the completed form to import the information into Filemaker. The forms have been created in Word and I've tried saving them as "txt" but it didn't work. What can I do? Also what sort of field do I need to create in Filemaker to import to.
I hope this is clear. If not let me know and I'll try again. Help in plain language please.
