IF you simply wait a while after inserting the file, does the file eventually become responsive again?
Is this a very large file that you are inserting?
1. If only wait....the application keep presents `not responding`
2. If forced by clicking the mouse, there will be option to `try to solve`. If I click `Try to Solve`, then the image appears as normal
3. No, the file is actually a normal jpeg from windows image sample gallery.
Try this with a brand new test file (can be very simple with just one container field with very similar settings) and see if it has the same issues. If it does not, there may be a problem with your file. If it does, there may be a problem with your server or FileMaker. Report an Issue is where you can report possible FileMaker Bugs.
Here I go....activated a brand new contact file (taken from starter solution) to server and ... unfortunately it DOES present the similar trouble: 'not responding'. (see pict attached)
Again, if user clicks on `Try to restore the program`, the image is successfully inserted, only it forces user to see `not responding` message.
Hope there will be some clue from Filemaker Inc.
