You have 3 different licencies for FileMaker Advanced? FileMaker will block the networking (fmnet)
(You can not share on single licence on several machines, one machine one licence)
It would appear that you used the same single user license key to install FileMaker on at least two of your computers. That, at least, would be consistent with the error message that you are reporting.

License Key conflict occurred with user [same name of user domain name currently trying to use software]. All files will be closed and the application will quit.Configuration information:Individual software licenses, the conflict happen only with remote access to server inside or outside of the location. If open a database on local disk will open fine, at the moment I changed the licencses and uninstalling the application from zero. The server is working fine but the two users cannot be connected at the same time
