Don't know of any function and don't know where you'd find it in the registry (where it may be encrypted). But you can pull down the help menu and select the "about" option to see the license key for that installation of FileMaker.
Hope your company used volume license keys as this would be both less expensive and save you work in tracking which computers used which key.
we do use volume license keys.

Yep, but since I don't know any way to do that, I was pointing out what I do know that you can do... At least with the volume licensing, you can start some records with the key field set to autocomplete and/or with a field based value list. With remote desktop access, you can go from machine to machine without leaving your desk, check the license and then enter just a few keysrokes to log that machine's license key.
Best method I can think of though another user may have a better suggestion...
