If ( Quantity > 0 ; Quantity ; 1 ) * Price * Days
Seems like that would complicate your inventory management though.
Might make more sense to make Quantity a required value that auto-enters a 1--which you can then change for larger quantities.
See im not sure thats what im looking for example of a rental on a invoice.
Return Price Quantity Day subtotal
$1 5 5 5
They decide they need only 3 after 2 days. so i just want to charge 3 items for 2 days. i dont want to mess with the quantity cause itll screww with the inventory. so now i want it to do this.
Return Price Quantity day subtotal
3 $1 0 2 $6
Not sure if the line you gave me can help me do this.
I missed the reference to Return in your original post, my mistake.
If ( Quantity > 0 ; Quantity ; Return ) * Price * Days
Thank you that worked great.
Or simple: Price * Max ( Quantity ; Return ) * Days
