You CAN use that portal if you choose to save a PDF of your listing and attach it to the email.
To include the data as plain text in the body of your email, take a closer look at the list function.
List ( RelatedTable::Field ) will produce a return separated list of all values in Field that are related to your current record. To combine data from multiple fields in your related table, define a calculation field that uses the & operator to merge them togehter, then use List to produce a list of this combined field.
Thank you, Phil! I will work to get this functioning as you described (the plain text in the body of an email solution), and will respond here once I get that working. Once I do, I will have a follow-up question regarding adding some complexity. I'll probably start a separate discussion thread for what I have in mind.
Got it working. Thank you! I now have some work ahead of me to figure out how to properly alphabetize (sort) the list, but I see that there are existing posts addressing this, so I'll refer to those and see if I can follow along. I really appreciate your help, Phil!
