Lists: avoid repeating data

### Post

Hi!

Now I get a list like this:

manufacturer | model | capacity |

Ford | Escort | 1100 |

Ford | Fiesta | 1100 |

I'd like to have it like this:

manufacturer | model | capacity |

Ford | Escort | 1100 |

Fiesta |

Any ideas?

TIA

If this is FileMaker 13, use the "hide object when" property to hide the field. If this is an older version use conditional formatting to hide the field by setting the font size very large (120+ points hides the field if it is 10-12 points and a single row.)

The expression you can use in either case:

Let ( R = Get ( RecordNumber ) ; If ( R > 1 ; Manufacturer = GetNthRecord ( Manufacturer ; R - 1 ) ) )
