Hi, I am newbie. This forum looks like a great resource.
I want a user to only be able to view/add/modify their records once they log in. I tried setting up a privilige set, and it works...however, the records they are not allowed to see, still show up as "no access". Is there an easy way to automatically find all the records that are just theirs based on their account name?

Any find you perform will automatically exclude the No Access records. A script can be set up to do this automatically.
Such a script can run when you first open the file, go to a specific layout...
It can be as simple as:
Enter Find mode //clear the pause check box
Set FIeld [YourTable::FieldThat'sneverEmpty ; "*"]
Set Error Capture [on]
