Yes, Google can facilitate this with their GeoCoding API https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/geocoding/
Will return:...<location><lat>51.5033635</lat><lng>-0.1276248</lng></location>...amongst some other information, but you'll be able to parse the text in between the lat and lng tags quite easily.
