I have created a database of video content we have produced for clients on a Mac on a network location but when Windows machines open it it says it can't find the video file and if you try to insert file again the app crashes. Does anyone have a clue on how to get the Windows machine to relink to the files?
QuickTime movies are stored in a container field as a reference. Therefore, place the QuickTime movie on another volume that everyone can access, and then insert the QuickTime movie. Others will then need to mount that volume, and then be able to access and watch the video.
