Title

Mac Address Book

I have been using the relational database Helix for about twenty years and decided to try FileMakerPro12. I have been shocked to discover that there is no way to transfer, integrate, or import contact information from the Mac Address book into File Maker Pro. FMP is marketed as an easy to use relational database with many easy to use already to use solutions including "contacts". Am I missing something here? Apple has trained us well to utilize the synergistic nature of Mac, Ipads and iPhones. Apple owns Filemaker. Again, am I missing a way to do this? It just seems insane that you cannot. Have I wasted my money? Should I go back to Helix before I even start using FMP? Help.
