Put each row of fields in a different record and then use list view to display this information. The total fields can be set up with summary fields and placed in a footer or trailing grand summary. The first row of fields (tenant name, building, etc.) can be placed in the header, a leading grand summary part or a sub summary part. Sub summar parts can also be used to group and label your RxR, 3rd party and Broker payments.
