           Hi,

I just wanted to know if anybody knows of a way to integrate a timer into Filemaker Pro in order to measure productivity of data entry?

ideally I would like custom reports made when a user enters data, so create a record regarding amount of records entered and time active. I would like the programme to question the user if they wish to continue after 60 seconds of inactivity in the programme.

           Thanks

Take a look at the InstallOnTimer Script step. It sets a Timer on the current window (one timer to each window) and will call the same script repeatedly after waiting the specified number or seconds.

You can use Install OnTimerScript with no parameters specified to disable the current timer.
