I am creating a patient database for client based on Mac OS X hosted on FM Server and designed with Pro Advanced. I need to be able to attach multiple consent forms (ie: consent to immunize, release records etc. all scanned documents) to a single patient record. What is the best way to do this? Thanks.
Have a separate table with a container field and the document title, description, etc, and make it a child table of the patient's record. Then you can have as many documents attached to the patient as you need. You can display them in a portal, and make one click take you to the document selected.
