mysql 3.51.14 on 64 bit server

Hi guys,
We recently upgraded our server to a 64 bit machine.
Since doing so, External data sources no longer works.
I can't install 3.51.14 because that driver is only for 32 bit as far as I can tell.
Any data on what to do? Filemaker, you should definitely increase your support for this.
