      Need help in creating an availability toggle.


      I am building a scheduler in filemaker.

      When an event is made and an employee is assigned, I need to trigger that he is either available, out, or Not available.

      currently  The Event lists a text field where their id codes (initials) are linked.

      Each employee has been assigned an availability field, with start and end date.


      I gather I will need to setup a seperate table for this, but at a loss to do this.



      Also, I thought to get around using a massive 45 cell calendar in filemaker, I would like to have the option to Add Events to Google Calendar. What is the required fields and code to handle this feature?
