How do you enter this?
Do you have one table for all the operators and then a related table where you enter the amount of sheets?
Like for instance per day?
Or do you just create record after record with the names always repeating?
Normally speaking you would create a report that is a list that shows you all the names and their totals.
Possibly with some subsummary sorting.
Or you would create a layout that shows the operators info and then a portal with all their sheets and a total.
To be able to give you a proper suggestion you will need to provide a little more infomation.
