New User having problem sending multiple emails
I have done a two entry test with multiple emails to confirm it worked, it did. Now I have a found set of 150 entries and it didn't work. I did notice that there are some entries in the set that do not have an email address and wonder if this is why its not working. If so is there a way to remove these entries from the found set without it being permanent?
I am beginning to see that the design structure of a database affects the ease of use. In my case I have a "retreat" field that has the year a person attended and two interest fields one for "volunteers" and the other for "general interest" its these three fields I need to send an email to and some of them do not have an email address. Is there a better way to set this up?
