ODBC source and Windows 7
FileMaker 10.0 v3/ Windows 7 64 bits / No networking, on a simple PC machine.
I have created a ODBC System DSN source with Windows 7 administration tools. The test is "Connection successful"
I try to create a table in a FileMaker File to use that MySql data base.
I go to Manage Database/Relationships, I click on Add a Table, chose ODBC Data source, but in the windows prompting me to Select ODBC Data source, the source I just created doesn't show up.
What am I missing ?
try to install a 32 bit version of the mysql odbc driver and make a system dsn on the 32 bit driver. Then Filemaker should see the dsn.
