      Open IWP in a new window with login

      Post

      Good Evening,

      I"m trying to open and login to my IWP app from my website in a new custom window.  I have been successful in logging into the IWP app from my website with code I found in the forum:

      <form action=http://192.168.10.104/fmi/iwp/cgi method="get">

      < input type="hidden" name="dbpath" value="/fmi/iwp/cgi?-db=VMSG_App&-startsession">

      < input type="hidden" name="acct" value="account">

      < input type="hidden" name="-authdb">

      < label>Account</label><br />

      < input type="text" name="name"><br />

      < label>Password</label><br />

      < input type="password" name="password"><br />

      < input type="submit" name="login" value="Login">

      < /form>

      Now I'd like to be able to do the same thing in a new, custom window.  Here is the code I'm playing with.  It doesn't appear to be passing the form variables.  The window opens properly, but takes me to the IWP login screen.

      <form method=get>
      <input type="hidden" name="dbpath" value="/fmi/iwp/cgi?-db=VMSG_App&amp;-startsession">
      <input type="hidden" name="acct" value="account">
      <input type="hidden" name="-authdb">
      <table style="width: 245px; height: 148px;" align="left">
      <tbody>
      <tr>
      <td width="15%">
      <h4 style="text-align: right;">User ID</h4>
      </td>
      <td>
      <input type="text" name="name" />
      </td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
      <td width="15%">
      <h4 style="text-align: right;">Password</h4>
      </td>
      <td>
      <input type="password" name="password" />
      </td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
      <td colspan="2">
      <INPUT type="button" value="Login" onClick="window.open('http://192.168.10.104/fmi/iwp/cgi','VMSG','width=997,height=627,resizable=yes,scrollbars=no,toolbar=no')">
      </td>
      </tr>
      </tbody>
      </table>
      </form>

      Any help would be appreciated.
