Oracle 10 ODBC driver problems on Windows 2008 R2

I'm having an ODBC issue and was hoping someone might be able to help me. We have a Windows 2008 R2 server and we've installed the Oracle 10.2 client (32 bit) the driver seems to be setup properly and via the 32 bit ODBC administer (located in syswow64) I can connect/test fine. Using FileMaker Pro Advanced 11v3 to import data, I can choose the ODBC connection I created, then enter my login and password but it will not accept any login credentials. Giving the error "The account and password you entered cannot be used to access this file. Please try it again"
I tested a different ODBC connection using SQL server and it worked fine. I don't know if this is a permissions problem or a 32 bit vs 64 bit driver problem.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
