This isn't customer service, it's a forum of fellow users of this product. So we really can't help with orders. But if you pull down the Company drop down at the top of this screen, there's a "contact us" option and you should be able to get a phone number that you can call to talk to someone at FileMaker in order to get this issue resolved.
