      Page Break

      Post

I have created a Form, on the form I have Title Header, Header, Body and Trailing Grand Summary.

In the Body part I have a Portal that is used to add list of product to each customer site, when printing individual forms every form prints OK but if I select a number of customer sites for instants all due in May then the products in the portal all print on to one site instead of the site they are seined to, As I understand I need to add a page break but I don't know where to put it I have tried but with out any luck can you please help.

           Many thanks

It sounds like you need to create a subsummary part and sort by Customer Site.

That way you get something like this:

               Customer Site 1
                  Product 1
                  Product 2

               Customer Site 2
                  Product 3

               Customer Site 3
                  Product 4
                  Product 5
                  ...

If you already have a sort you can just add the Customer Site field to the sort. Just pay attention to what yo sort first and what you sort second.

The ustomer site would most likely be a Merge field in the Sub Summary part.

The product portal would go in the Body part.
