Title

Page Size does not restore on RDP session

Post

I have a redirected (local) printer in a Terminal Services session. When I do a Page Setup either from the File Menu or via a script and change the paper size it will not remember it. i.e. if I immediately do a Page setup again it has reverted back to default paper size. If I do a Page Setup and change the paper size then immedialtely do a Print when I click on Properties of of the printer the page size has reverted back to default.

I have Disabled EasyPrint and loaded the printer driver on the server. If I use EasyPrint it works however because the user is on the other side of the globe it is horrendously slow printing, hence disable EasyPrint and load the driver.

If I do a Page Setup and then Print in MS Word it rememebrs the page size. Do the same in FMP and it always reverts back to default paper size.

Server is Windows Server 2008 Std SP2

Any thoughts?
