Title
Password Issue
Post
Hi All,
I have been tasked with converting quite a few .FP5 files. Many of them have relationships between each other, some password protected and some not. I have chosen to remove all password prior to conversion and re-implement after conversion.
My problem is that one of the .FP5 files has the "change password" option greyed out, and the "access privileges" does not show up. This file when opened does not ask for a password.
I have tried running a recover on a copy and have also tried saving copies, compressed and clone, without results.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Steve
The file is automatically login in and this login is limited. You can force it to login when the file is opening by holding the Option key Mac or Shift key Windows. http://help.filemaker.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/11542/~/how-to-make-a-login-screen-appear-for-a-filemaker-pro-file-that-has-been-set-to
