You can certainly set up a script that runs when the file opens that compares Get ( CurrentDate ) against a date recorded in the database and quits when the current date is > the date stored in the database, but users will be able to "spoof" this by resetting their system clock to an earlier date. (Thought this will create other problems for their computer if they do that.)
Thanks so much. I'll give this a try. Even though there is a potential workaround, it will work nicely in my situation.
Also another thing to consider with FM is that when you have expiry script that runs when a date is exceeded, the user can simply push shift key to stop script....
