Did you recently install an OS update?
There is one report (FileMaker 6, not 8.6) in Report an Issue where "printing issues" occurred after installing the latest OS update and the poster was using 10.6. The poster does not describe those "issues" so I do not know if this is the same problem or not, but you can click Report an Issue above and scan back through the last several days of posts tofind this report to see if the info there (The poster had a fix) helps you.
Thanks for the suggestion. I undated teh security file suggested by the previous poster with the printing problem, but without success.
Is there any recourse for me at this point? Is it possible to get an answer from FileMker Inc. support?
You can certainly call tech support for assistance. There are two individuals from FileMaker Inc. that monitor and respond to posts here in the forum, but I can't promise you that they will see and respond to your post.
