Maybe I should explain clearer.... meaning the user can select the orientation option of the page on let's say the main database layout (without goin to the page setup) and print straight.
Sure. Just have two print setups. Use a global to capture the user's selection as in the other example I gave you.

Print Setup [Restore; No Dialog] //preset to landscape
Print Setup [Restore; No Dialog] // preset to portrait

Print Setup [Restore] will specify more than just the page orientation.
If the user might want to print from more than available printer. You might get a situation where they select printer A in print set up, use the above technique to select a page orientation and then discover that they are printing on Printer B, if the above step "restored" Printer B.
