Print Script Step - overwrites PDF output file without warning

Post

Hello,

We have a simple club membership database which has membership cards we issue each year.  We want to output the cards in PDF format so we can e-mail them to members.  So, we we need the cards in separate files to attach to the e-mails.

We have a script which works iteratively through the file and does a separate print for each record (see attached).  But instead of creating a separate file for each record, FP puts all the cards into one output file.

So, we changed the script to run a Print sub-script for each record.  That results in a separate file for each record but it overwrites the output file leaving us with just the last card in the database !

Is there a way to stop the Print script step from overwriting the PDF file without warning ?  Is there a way to sibstitute a new filename for each output PDF file ?

We are using FP Pro 11 on Mac OS X 10.6.8.

Thanks.

Garry
