What occurs when you try to print? Does the Print dialog box appear? What printer are you selecting in the Print dialog box?
Try creating a new user account, create a new database file, select a printer in Page Setup and select a printer in Print,and print. Are you still having difficulty printing? If not, then we can try to determine if it is the database file, the user account, etc. If you are still having difficulty printing, then run "Disk Utility" and repair permissions, and then uninstall and reinstall FileMaker Pro 10.
