      PRINTING - driving me nuts

      Post

      Hi All-

I'm trying to print in "list view" a document...I know there is a simple fix but I've already wasted too much time trying to figure it out.

In browse mode I see my header, body, trailing grand summary and footer, everything looks great.  When I switch to preview mode in anticipation of printing I see the header, one record in the body and the footer.  I get the trailing summary in the last record of my sort.  So instead of printing a report with several records in a list and a total, I'm getting several pages with one line of information on it and the total at the end.  Very frustrating!  Please advise - S

Hi All- Okay solved this - here's what worked!

Choose Layouts menu > Part Setup. Select the Body part, and click Change. In the Part Definition dialog box, look to see whether "Allow part to break across page boundaries is selected"If Allow part to break across page boundaries is selected, clear the checkbox, click OK, and try printing again.:smileyvery-happy:
