Printing data in a booklet format

Title

Printing data in a booklet format

Post

I've created a  database in FMP9 for our school silent auction.  One tabel has donor's information, another table has donated items information.  They are linked by donor ID number.  I need to print a booklet (folded 81/2 X11 pages) of all the donated items sorted by catagory.  I followed (OK I didn't, my husband did) the discussion on "Book or zine format export from FM" however my number of items on a page changes  (it will depend on how many catagory headings are on the page). Is there a way to do this? If not, can I export the data to something that can print the pages in a book format?
