Printing to Canon PIXMA iP4000R

Canon PIXMA iP4000RiP4000R Printer Driver Ver. 4.8.3 (Mac OS X 10.2/10.3/10.4/10.5)
MacBook Pro (early 2009) Mac OS X 10.5.8

Wonderful printer, works perfectly with all applications EXCEPT FileMaker Pro 11.0v2.

My problem, which exists ONLY in FileMaker Pro 11, is that in the print dialog under "Quality & Media" I cannot change media type from "Photo Paper Plus Glossy". Also cannot change "Paper Source" from "Paper Feed Switch".

Workaround is to save as PDF and then print from either Preview or Acrobat, but I would much prefer to be able to choose paper types directly from the Filemaker Pro print dialog.

I do not recall experiencing this issue in FileMaker Pro 9 but I did note this post in your forums: Can't choose paper media FM9

I tried trashing the FMP Prefs but it made no difference.
