Problem With Page Position on IMac
I am running Filemaker 10 on a IMac G5. The hard drive crashed about two weeks ago and my technician replaced it and I reloaded my applications and backed up data. I had occasion to open a file I created to print W-2s and the file is intact. However, the browse, data layout and preview pages are all shoved up so high on the screen so that I cannot see the toolbar or the red, green, yellow buttons at the top of the page. Anyone have a way to move the page down to its normal position? I have tried resizing the screen to the highest resolution and even set the Mac to show the screen at 78% without success.
You might try using a script with the move/resize window step to reposition them lower on your screen. You may want to take the file down off the server, fix the window positions and then put the file back up on the server.
