Problem with tags

Hello,

This is very strange but my DB stopped showing tags like <<client>>............ Either it shows it that way without the original client name or appears invisible, it is happening to all of my fields.

Any Help? This is very frustrating and never happened to me before.

     You mean tags and not merge field or tooltips?

     The tags are store in a related table? The relationship has not changed? When did it change?

Could they be variables like <<$VariableName>>

If you use variables and they are no longer getting a value, the merge text appears in that variable's place.
