I run a local nonprofit with 200 kids and use sports to teach charcter, provide academic support, require participants to perform volunteer work. I am looking for a program/database system that will allow me to file all these events and run reports. If a coach has a problem they can log in it and we can provide better services to our participants. So it would be a combination of Sports, Academics/Behavior and Events database. I do not have a programming background but we cannot afford to go out and buy a $10,000 system. Will this program/database allow me to do that, and how hard is it to customize this to work?
Any templates or suggestions.
