Change the relationship to use the X operator instead of = and you'll get the same result returned from your list calculation no matter which record is the current record in the other table.
Maybe I'm not explaining it correctly. What I need is a list which is based on a relationship which is changed depending on who is logged in.
I have attached a screenshot This one of the relationship and I will post again with the permissions table.
So if the user "Admin" is logged in I need a list field that will show the following results:
I can get these results no problem by making a calculation field called AllowedPerm (from my first post) as long as I do not have the "use global storage" turned on... Once I try to set it as a global field I get no results.
Here is the table.
Set up a script that runs OnFirstWindowOpen (see script triggers tab in File Options).
Have that script use Set field with your calculation to load a global text field with the desired list of values.
