Recover on the "error free recovered file" has error report

      Post

I recover my developing version from time to time to confirm my database integrity.  But, recently I have trouble on the recovered file.  Below are facts I have:

      1. I can recover my file, Test.fp7, without any error and it will create a recovery file, "Test Recovered.fp7".

           2. But, I use recovery tools to recover "Test Recovered.fp7" right after step 1, the report has error.
           3. I save "Test Recovered.fp7" a compact copy, "TestRecoveredCompactedCopy.fp7", and recover on that file.  It still has error.

I assume the recovery file should be error free.  But it is not.  Any help is appreciated.

Things to keep in mind about Recover:

While Recover almost always detects and fully corrects any problems with your file...

          1.           The recovered copy may behave differently even if recover reports "no problems found".
          2.
          3.           Recover does not detect all problems
          4.
          5.           Recover doesn't always fix all problems correctly
          6.
          7.           Best Practice is to never put a recovered copy back into regular use or development. Instead, replace the damaged file with an undamaged back up copy if this is at all possible. You may have to save a clone of the back up copy and import all data from your recovered copy to get a working copy with the most up to date information possible.
