What version of FileMaker are you using? Is the current file hosted from another computer or local to your machine?
In My Windows 7 system, I can see it in the Help menu of My Windows system in FileMaker 11, 12 and 13, but not in the help menu of FIleMaker 11 when the current file is being hosted from FileMaker Server 10.
I'm using Filemaker Pro 12.0v5, accessing a remote file on my company's server using my MacBook Air - OS 10.9.1
Try launching FIleMaker without opening any remotely hosted files. You could just launch the application without opening any files.
Do you now see this option in the Help menu?
Wow, I had actually tried launching FileMaker with a local file on my computer and had checked every single menu tab except it seems Help. That fixed it! Thank you for your help!
