There are two ways to do this in Filemaker.
Table::key = Table2::Key2
1) If either key or key 2 is a repeating field, the records match if the value in repetition 1 matches a value in the other table OR if a value in repetition 2 matches OR ...
2) If either key or key 2 is a text field with a list of values separated by carriage returns, the records will match if any of the values in the list match.
The way the data has been entered it would have to look like this:
Table::key = Table2::key2 OR
Table::key3 = Table2::key4
I have two separate fields in one table that need to relate to two separate fields in table2 so it would only show all data with either criteria.
You can use a calculation field to combine the fields' contents in a single list.
List (key ; key3) -- for example.
Then you use this calculation field in your relationship in place of the invidual fields.
Worked! Thanks for the help!
