You would need a third table for tenant data and perhaps yet another table for each lease. Your suite records would link to tenant records, both past and present. Date fields can note which tenant is "current".
If the same tenant can have multiple leases with multiple suites, you may need a join table to set up a many to many relationship.
another table for tenants related to suites. then have start and end dates for the lease in the tenant table. That way you can look at a suite and see the related tenent history.
